Evaluations

Evaluations mean many things to many organisations, but somewhere along the line every organisation will need them. With post-graduate qualifications in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as training in participatory approaches, I can help you to gather the information you need, present it in a way that makes sense, and help you to base your decision on solid data.

I work in the UK and internationally. Please e-mail me to arrange a time to discuss your requirements: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

The following are examples of evaluation methods I can assist with:

- Designing and running public consultations
- Survey design and data analysis
- Desk-based 'health check' of organisational strategies, logframes, spending and results plans
- Stakeholder triangulation: identifying stakeholder groups and comparing interests
- Developing systems for meeting donor reporting requirements
- Report writing, PowerPoint presentations and visual data generation
- Viability studies, mid and end-term project reviews

In order to make good management decisions, it is important to ask the right questions, collect the right information, and know how to interpret it.
